THIS SUMMER WE ARE OFFERING AN EXCITING RCLS COURSE ATTHEUNIVERSITY OF ROCKY MOUNTAIN REGION!

RCLS is a course in officership, indirect leadership and other themes consistent with CAP’s leadership expectations for Phase III cadets. RCLS fulfills the learning requirement for the Ira C. Eaker Award and completion of Phase IV of the cadet program.
