Cadet Programs

Welcome to the Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) Cadet Programs page. Cadet Programs is one of the three founding Core Missions of the Civil Air Patrol (CAP). The program is designed to help develop leaders while providing meaningful opportunities and challenges not currently found in other youth programs.

Opportunities include activities that focus on Leadership, Aerospace, Emergency Service, Drill and Ceremonies and Character Development to name a few.

If you are interested in joining the CAP Cadet Program, and you are between the ages of 12 and 18 years old, please reach out to your local Wing (State) representative and see if you have what it takes to step up and be a Civil Air Patrol Cadet!
